Ground-floor apartment at Turtle Beach Resort - no stairs, no lifts. Step
straight from your own patio to the pools and the Splash Zone waterpark.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 6. It's 350m to Mermaid Beach, and
Woolworths, cafes and a chemist are a short walk. Theme parks are 30
minutes; Broadbeach and Pacific Fair are just up the road.

It's privately managed, so you deal with us directly - not a front desk.

Living and dining
Open-plan living with air conditioning and fans, TV, and a dining table for the family.

Kitchen
Full kitchen: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses. Coffee provided.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms, five beds, sleeping 6. Black-out blinds in both, plus extra pillows and blankets. Bed linen supplied.

Total of 6 guests. Maximum 4 Adults.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, handy with little ones. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and chlorine before you come inside.

In-unit washing machine, free dryer, and a drying rack.

Full use of the apartment and the resort facilities:

Water
Four heated pools (year-round), the Splash Zone waterpark with four waterslides, toddler slides, water cannons and a tipping bucket, plus spas and saunas.

For the kids
Fenced playground, arcade games room, on-site cinema, 15-hole mini golf, and Club Turtle kids club. Kids Club are booked and paid at reception. Mini golf clubs, tennis rackets are in the apartment.

For the grown-ups
Gym, full-size tennis court, eight BBQ areas, and The Deck restaurant on site for woodfired pizza and a la carte meals.

We manage this apartment privately. Please contact us directly rather than resort reception, we'll get you sorted faster.

Parking: one free secure car space on site. Please check the car park height limit if you're driving something tall.

Ground floor: you get step-free access and a patio opening to the gardens.
It's a social spot rather than a secluded one, if you want complete quiet, one of the upper floors may suit you better.

Splash Zone runs to set hours and closes mid-afternoon, so evenings on the patio stay quiet.
