The space
The property is located right on Castaways beach. It has been wonderfully renovated with modern furnishings and has air conditioning throughout. Extra features include an X-Box, Stan, Netflix and Bose surround sound system. The property makes for the perfect location for entertaining and will comfortably host your guests. The bedding configuration will comfortably sleep 8 guests with 4 bedrooms offering the following beds:
- Master bedroom, king bed.
- Second bedroom, queen bed.
- Third bedroom, 2 x single beds.
- Fourth bedroom, pull out double day bed/sofa.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the townhouse. This is a self check-in property, with a lockbox located to the left of the front door. A garage fob is provided inside the house for garage access. If the front gate is closed after hours, you can use the side gate and press the green button behind it to enter. All access codes will be sent to you once the property is ready for check-in.
Other things to note
This is a pet friendly property. Pets are allowed on request only. A pet fee of $200 applies.
A security deposit of $200 will be taken on your credit card 2 days prior to arrival and held for the duration of your stay. These funds will be released back to your credit card upon departure and cleaning of the property.
