Tucked into a peaceful Noosa Heads pocket, this professionally styled retreat sits a short stroll from Noosa Junction's cafés and boutiques, with Hastings Street and Main Beach just minutes away. Set across two spacious levels, it features a private pool, tropical gardens, a media room, and seamless indoor-outdoor living — the ultimate escape for families and groups seeking a sophisticated beach getaway.
The space
Sol Verde offers light-filled interiors, quality furnishings, and reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. You'll arrive via a driveway and double garage with internal access, plus a secure gated entry to the front courtyard.
Upstairs, a spacious entry leads to the first of four bedrooms — two singles with fan and flyscreens. The master suite is also on this level, with a king bed, a huge walk-in wardrobe, and a modern ensuite with a large shower and plush carpet for a boutique hotel feel.
Downstairs, wooden steps lead to the main living area, where the gourmet kitchen — fitted with a Miele oven and all mod cons — overlooks the pool. The dining and living space opens through large folding doors onto the wraparound undercover deck, perfect for alfresco dining and firing up the Weber BBQ before a cooling dip in the pool. Steps lead down to the lush garden below, where kids can run and play in the sunshine. Two further queen bedrooms are also on this level, along with the main bathroom and two powder rooms.
A separate media room with a large Smart TV is ideal for movie nights, and a cosy kids' corner keeps younger guests entertained. You'll also find complimentary Wi-Fi, a laundry with washing machine and dryer, hotel-grade linen, fluffy white towels (beach towels included), a Nespresso machine, and starter pantry items.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, swimming pool (not heated), barbecue, double garage and lush tropical garden.
Other things to note
Noosa Council recommends limiting the use of outdoor areas to reasonable hours, out of respect for neighbouring residents' sleep and enjoyment of their homes. We ask that decks and balconies generally not be used after 9pm, particularly on weekdays — please move inside and turn off outdoor music and lights at this time.
The pool technician attends every second Thursday.
Air conditioning: the house is now fully air conditioned (reverse cycle). Please keep the temperature set to 23°C or above at all times — if left running constantly at a lower temperature, the unit will shut down and require a technician to reset it.
Fireplace: as the home now has reverse cycle air conditioning, the fireplace has been decommissioned and is not available for use.
Pool safety: please note the swimming pool is elevated above the garden below. Children should be supervised at all times while in the pool, and guests should not sit or stand on the ledge on the garden side.
The pool is unheated — with Queensland's warm year-round climate, most local pools are not heated. If you're after a heated option, the National Aquatic Centre is just a 5-minute drive away, with an undercover heated children's pool, café, and outdoor 25m and 50m pools. (Average winter daytime temperatures sit between 20–25°C.)
A note on ants and insects: Noosa is built on a sand dune and surrounded by National Park, so sharing the home with ants and insects from time to time is part of life in this beautiful climate. While it's difficult to eliminate them completely, please help keep numbers to a minimum by not leaving food or sugary items out, especially during dry spells or ahead of heavy rain, when ants tend to come inside more.
