Throughout the property, cream travertine tiling and tasteful powder blue furnishings create an elegant atmosphere. Louvered windows capture sea breezes, embodying the essence of Noosa. The main deck is a hub of holiday fun, featuring a spacious gourmet kitchen with a 3-meter cream stone bench top, overlooking a sparkling pool, spa, and waterfront. Outdoor amenities include a commercial-grade BBQ, wine fridge, and seating for 8.

The main deck also offers office facilities and extra accommodation, including a bathroom, powder room, and a queen bedroom suite. The upper deck boasts two master suites with ensuite bathrooms, a king-sized bedroom suite, and a bunkroom for four. A private jetty ensures easy water access in The Peninsula, a true waterfront haven.
