Momentum Lodge

Exceptionally well located on the main street of St Helens, you will have everything you need right on your doorstep. Stylishly furnished and fully equipped with modern amenities including WiFi, this boutique accommodation offers 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms (one a studio style with kitchenette, lounge, dining & TV) making it ideal for large groups of friends and families looking to take advantage of the East Coast’s reputation for seafood, wine, and world-class mountain biking.

The space
All 4 King beds in the lodge have the ability to be split into 2 single beds and there are 3 sets of bunk beds to accomodate groups of singles.

The Lodge has all the comforts of home including WiFi and apple TV in both living rooms, and a fully stocked brand new kitchen with 2 large fridges, new appliances, and all the cookware you require to make a communal meal. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer located outside, off the back deck.

The communal lounge & dining area has a cosy log fire, an oversized comfortable modular lounge, large screen TV and an 8 seater, custom designed Tasmanian oak dining table. There are comfortable chairs around the fire, separating the lounge room into 2 seating areas.

The studio, located downstairs in the rear of the property, has a kitchenette (with kettle, toaster, bar fridge and microwave), ensuite, dining & lounge area with TV, apple TV and Bose sound bar. There is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks and a king bed located in the main area of the studio.

Also on the ground floor is another king/twin bedroom with own ensuite.

Upstairs is two large king/twin bedrooms, both with ensuites and the largest of the rooms also has a set of bunks. There is a relaxing reading nook in the upstairs area with large, comfortable memory foam bean bags.

Outside there is a BBQ, fire pit, and a secure shipping container to store and lock up mountain bikes and loads of off-street parking.

Momentum Lodge is a space for everyone to relax and enjoy with family or friends to make wonderful holiday memories.
