The main bathroom offers both a relaxing bath and separate shower, while the fully equipped laundry provides everything needed for extended stays and family holidays.

The downstairs lounge is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating, a TV and calming river views creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. For a little extra fun, the garage has been transformed into a games retreat complete with a pool table and seating area — ideal for friendly competitions and relaxed evenings together. Guests can also take advantage of the provided kayaks and life jackets to experience the surrounding waterways from the water itself.

Upstairs is where Marina Breeze truly comes to life. Designed to bring people together, the light-filled open-plan living space blends comfort, style and stunning waterfront views. The modern kitchen features a spacious butler’s pantry, gas cooktop, electric oven and coffee pod machine, making everything from slow holiday breakfasts to evening entertaining effortless.
