Sleeps up to 10, with open-plan living, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and enclosed courtyard. Base rate includes up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.
Solo or couple? Reduced 1–2 guest rates may be available off-season, last minute or for corporate stays. Enquire for a quote.

Betty’s Beach House features four bedrooms, open-plan living, and newly renovated bathrooms, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Large windows showcase sweeping farmland and coastal views, while outdoor spaces invite you to relax and explore just minutes from pristine beaches.

Bedding Configurations: Please note that bedroom access and bedding configurations are based on guest numbers:
Bookings for up to 2 guests include access to the master bedroom with ensuite.
Bookings for 3-4 guests include access to the master bedroom with ensuite plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and second bathroom.
Bookings for 6 guests or fewer include access to the second bathroom plus:
Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bookings for up to 8 guests include access to all four bedrooms, however the two single beds in Bedroom 4 will remain unavailable. This configuration provides one King bed and three Queen beds.
Bookings for 9-10 guests include access to all beds in the home.
If you require additional beds outside of your allocated configuration (for example, if guests prefer separate beds), please let us know. We can arrange alternative setups for a small additional fee to ensure the property is prepared to suit your needs. If beds are used above the allocated configurations without notifying us, the relevant fees will be charged to your bond.
