A dryer is available in a private, enclosed storage area next to the courtyard, ideal for bikes, boards, and beach gear.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior areas of the home are monitored by Cctv. Cameras are positioned externally only and do not monitor any internal spaces.

It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the agent of any booking that may occupy school leavers, particularly during the period from the 1st November to 15th December. “Schoolies” bookings will be made in consultation with the owner and if confirmed a separate “Schoolies” agreement will apply.
