Fairways 1 is a stylishly appointed two bedroom holiday house set on the edge of the Freycinet Golf Course. This setting ensures you have a calm and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your visit while exploring the spectacular Freycinet Peninsular.
This self contained property is designed to ensure you have everything you need and features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to a sundeck, where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ's.
The bedrooms have one queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a single pull out trundle bed. So this property can comfortably sleep 4 guests, but this can be increased to 5 if the trundle bed is used.
With modern finishing and a very crisp and clean interior design, this is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate or entertain with friends.
There is an identical holiday house (Fairways 2) on this same property. Set privately from each other, but ideal for larger groups to book both houses.
The Fairways 1 is only a 5 minute drive to the township of Coles Bay, gateway to the Freycinet National Park, Hazards Range and Wineglass Bay.
Also within walking distance to Sandpiper Beach, Swan River and Freycinet Golf Course and a short drive to Friendly Beaches, the Freycinet Wine Region and the townships of Bicheno and Swansea.

It features a lovely aspect looking the the golf course off an open deck with bench seats and table and BBQ. Sandpiper Beach on Great Oyster Bay is only a few minutes walk away.
