The space
There’s room for everyone! Downstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms -one with an ensuite, plus a second bathroom, full laundry, and a generous kitchen with everything you need to create something special -whether it’s a slow breakfast or a shared feast.
The indoor dining table seats ten comfortably - perfect for shared meals and long conversations and framed by sliding doors that open out to the private, grassed backyard. Fire up the Webber, pour a local wine, and let the evening spill effortlessly outdoors.
Upstairs is a dedicated kids’ retreat with four single beds and a cosy TV nook with beanbags. A great space for play, rest or a quiet movie. It’s made with little ones in mind, but just as handy for extra adults.
There’s secure off-street parking, and ducted heating keeps the whole home perfectly comfortable year-round. And when you're ready to step out, you’re walking distance to Launceston’s best - City Park, Harvest Market, cafes and more.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the private backyard and secure off-street parking.
Self check-in makes arrival easy, and we’ll send you everything you need the day before you arrive. From there, it’s all yours to enjoy.

You'll have a secure, private car space on-site - so no need to worry about parking in the city.
Ducted heating runs throughout the home to keep things perfectly cosy no matter the season.
We welcome longer stays and are happy to provide extra touches if you're settling in for a while - just let us know.
Travelling with a little one? We have a Portacot and high chair available upon request. We’d love to have it all set up for you ahead of time, so just let us know if you're bringing an infant.
