The whole house has ducted heating/cooling for your superior comfort. Each room has garden views, with tall hedges to give you privacy. The modern kitchen contains everything you could need to prepare a home cooked meal; just add some fresh Tasmanian produce!
Children will have a ball in the grassy and fully-fenced garden with an enclosed trampoline and tree hung swing whilst you relax on the covered deck and take in the mountain views or enjoy a picnic under the shade of the mature maple tree.

A portacot and high chair are available on request. There are steep stairs from the kitchen down to the laundry and two carpeted steps in the bunk room.
