The space

Spend your days hiking the newly built, picturesque Tomaree Coastal Track, then return to your sanctuary for a soul-soothing session in the sauna or a dip in the heated plunge pool with the sea stretching endlessly before you. As night falls, unwind beside the outdoor fire pit under a canopy of stars or curl up by the grand indoor fireplace, all while watching whales breach across the winter horizon.

Every detail at Sul Mare is designed with intention — from the plush luxury linens and bespoke furnishings to the curated finishes that exude coastal elegance. Though the space accommodates up to six adults, it is thoughtfully tailored for couples and is not suited for children under 10, ensuring a peaceful, grown-up retreat.

Outdoor Paradise:
Step into your own slice of coastal heaven, where the outdoors invite you to relax, reconnect, and indulge. Sul Mare features a private sauna and a heated plunge pool overlooking the ocean — the perfect place to soak away the day.
The heated plunge pool heats to ambient temperature around 27degrees. please note this is a heated pool (not a hot spa).

The backyard is bordered by a peaceful nature reserve, offering a lush green outlook that blends beautifully into the sparkling blue of the horizon. Gather around the outdoor fire pit as the sun sets, or fire up the BBQ for a leisurely alfresco dinner. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or watching whales dance across the sea, the epic views from every corner will leave you breathless.

Please note: The indoor fireplace is operational during the winter months only. A supply of firewood will be provided for your stay. The outdoor fire pit is available for use year-round; however, guests will need to bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

There are two security cameras positioned on the boundary lines at Sul Mare. They face outward, away from the home, and monitor the adjoining bush reserve/open reserve area only. They do not look into any private guest areas.

House Rules:
Sul Mare is a luxury retreat located in a quiet, residential area. By booking this property, you agree to respect and abide by the following terms and conditions to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests:
• Strictly No Parties or Large Gatherings – This is a tranquil retreat meant for relaxation and intimate escapes.
• No Functions/Events or Schoolies Groups – We kindly ask that you respect the peaceful environment of the area.
• Responsible Renters Must Be 25 Years or Older – Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No Loud Noise After 10pm – Please be mindful of our neighbours and maintain a quiet atmosphere during the evenings.
• No Pets Allowed – To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, pets are not permitted on the premises.
• No Smoking or Vaping on the Premises – Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and outside the home.
• Charcoal Grills Are Not Allowed – Only the provided BBQ can be used for outdoor cooking.

Local Management:
The property is managed locally, with a manager based in Boat Harbour who is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay.

You have access to the whole house and front and back yard. While there is no access to the garage, there is parking in the driveway as well as the street.
