The space
Ideally located just a 1 km walk from Busselton's beautiful beaches and only 5 km from the iconic Busselton Jetty precinct, this home is the perfect base for exploring everything the South West has to offer.

The spacious main living area features raked ceilings, creating a light and airy atmosphere. Relax in the comfortable lounge with a Smart TV or gather around the large dining table.

The well appointed kitchen overlooks the tranquil canal and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home. It includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a separate scullery for added convenience.
