This sun filled air conditioned 2 bedroom home is ideally located on Paterson St, one of Byron's most sought after neighbourhoods. Only a short stroll to the iconic Top Shop cafe, Beaches & Byron town centre makes this the perfect location for your Byron getaway. The house includes all the comforts of home: premium bedding, full air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces & wifi. The house is best suited to couples, families & business travellers. Schoolies not accepted.
The space
This light filled beach house features all the comforts of home to ensure your Byron getaway is carefree and comfortable. Our guests will be delighted with our idyllic location where everything is within an easy walking distance, so you can leave the car at home and not have to worry about driving or parking. This house is truly a hidden sanctuary within the heart of Byron Bay. Listen to the sound of the ocean from the upstairs private balcony, or enjoy lazy afternoons on the sun filled back deck and daybed. Other highlights are polished wooden floor boards throughout, air conditioning installed in 2020 to all bedrooms plus living area & fans, premium bedding and pillow top mattresses, access to laundry in seperate downstairs area, BBQ, a selection of teas and coffee on arrival and a short walk to the iconic Top Shop, a locals favourite coffee spot on Massinger St.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire 2 bedroom house. Please park on the street directly across from the house.
Other things to note
There is a seperate private studio apartment on the lower level that may be occupied, so please be mindful of noise especially when on the back deck and particularly at night as excessive noise will disturb the lower level.
If you have a car please park on the opposite side of the street to the house as there is a not stopping zone directly out the front of the house that is patrolled.
If wishing to bring a pet, please contact us prior to booking.
A fee of $100 will apply for any loss of house keys.
