Due to the large development site located next door to Cavvanbah Villas, all displayed rates are drastically reduced to compensate guests for any disruptions and/or noise coming from the site during your stay. Please Consider This Before Confirming Your Booking.

Our apartments are well cared for and comfortable, though the property itself is on the older side and scheduled for renovation once the neighbouring development is finished. The photos reflect the apartments in their best light, but you may notice a bit of wear and tear in person. If you’re after a good-value stay and don’t mind a lived-in feel while the area is being upgraded, this could be a great fit for you.

The villa is finished with one spacious bedroom and a clean, well equipped bathroom. Start your day with a warm cup of coffee, brewed using the provided coffee plunger, as you bask in the sunlit deck area. Retreat indoors during the warm midday heat, the air-conditioning and ceiling fans will ensure your stay is comfortable.

The property brims with amenities for your comfort and relaxation. The interior seamlessly blends with a lush garden area where you can enjoy the natural beauty while grilling on the BBQ by the pool. On warm days, a quick dip in the private pool or a walk to the nearby beach offers the ideal way to cool down.

As the night sets in, you can tune into the smart TV for your entertainment. And don’t worry about parking, we offer a secure off-street parking for one vehicle. Also, the convenience of a kitchenette, hairdryer, iron/board and Wifi will make you feel at home.

We can’t wait to welcome you to your East Coast Escapes stay and want to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience. To help us maintain the comfort, care, and peaceful atmosphere of our homes, we kindly ask all guests to review the following conditions before confirming a booking.

All adult guests must generally be over the age of 25. We warmly welcome multigenerational family groups with younger adults or children included, provided the booking is centred around a family holiday and supervised by mature adults throughout the stay. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the booking.

If you are booking on behalf of another person or group, this must be disclosed to East Coast Escapes at the time of booking. The person making the reservation must ensure all guests are aware of and agree to the booking terms and property conditions prior to arrival.

Our homes are reserved exclusively for registered guests. To respect both the property and surrounding neighbours, visitors are not permitted at the property unless prior written approval has been provided by East Coast Escapes.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival.

We have a strict no party and excessive noise policy across all properties. Additional charges, security call out fees, and immediate termination of your stay may apply in response to complaints or breaches monitored through The Quiet Hotline security service.

Bucks parties, hens parties, Schoolies, and school leaver groups are not permitted.

While we love hosting groups and families, East Coast Escapes reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet the suitability requirements of a property. If you are unsure whether your group is the right fit, we warmly encourage you to contact us prior to booking so we can assist.

Before confirming your reservation, please ensure you have carefully read our full Terms and Conditions. Each property may have specific requirements, rules, or conditions unique to that home. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Any breach of the above conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, cancellation of the booking, and forfeiture of payments made.
