Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment, Waterfront City!
This fully furnished and well-equipped space is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
You’ll love the unforgettable views from the secluded balcony, which truly make this apartment special.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy king-size bed, perfect for a good night’s sleep. If you’re travelling with family, there’s also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate everyone.
Plus, we have a travel cot available for our littlest guests.

You’ll appreciate the fantastic location, with the Reef Fleet Terminal, Waterfront Restaurants, and Coffee Shops just a stroll away. Supermarkets, lagoons, playgrounds, casinos, pubs, breweries, and clubs are all within walking distance, giving you plenty of options to explore.

To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are a few helpful details:

🔐 Self Check-In
Enjoy a flexible arrival with secure self-check-in. Full details will be provided before your stay.

🤝 Respect for Neighbours
This is a peaceful complex shared with both long-term residents and guests.
We kindly ask that noise and music be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony.

🧹 Housekeeping
Daily cleaning isn’t included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy.
Mid-stay cleans and extra towels can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $129 per service applies.

🧳 Luggage
We’re unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
We recommend planning accordingly or using local storage services if needed.

🧴 Amenities
A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies.
For longer stays, guests may wish to top up items as needed.

🛋️ Sofa Bed & Extra Linen
The sofa bed is prepared for bookings with more than 2 guests.
For bookings of 2 guests or fewer, use of the sofa bed can be arranged on request, with an additional linen/setup fee.
