Top Floor Position – The apartment is privately located on the top floor and accessed via stairs, offering a peaceful setting and elevated outlook.

Housekeeping – Your apartment will be professionally prepared before arrival. Additional mid-stay cleans and fresh linen can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

Luggage – To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we’re unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

Starter Essentials – A complimentary starter supply of essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably.

Parking – Secure garage parking is included, along with access to additional shared spaces within the gated complex.

Mid-Stay Cleans
Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory to help maintain the property. An additional fee of $189 per service applies.
