The spacious open-plan living and dining area has been designed with comfort in mind, offering plenty of natural light and modern furnishings throughout. Guest access
- The apartment includes access to the Cairns One Facilities, such as 9 pools, a tennis court, and a gym.
- It comes with an allocated parking bay in the underground carpark. Please note that the maximum height allowed in the carpark is 1.95 meters.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift)
- Check-in is possible anytime after 3 pm.

Other things to note
- This is a strictly non-smoking property, including the apartment, balcony and all outdoor areas.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 9:30 pm and 7:00 am. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
- A travel cot is available for $25 per stay. A complimentary highchair can be provided upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if required.
- Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.
- This apartment is not serviced daily.
- Mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request for an additional fee, making them ideal for longer stays.
- For stays of more than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean and linen change is required to maintain the property. This service is charged at $189 per clean.
- Additional towels can be provided upon request for an extra fee.
