The space
Step inside and feel right at home in this bright, breezy villa, where fresh coastal styling, playful artwork and comfortable furnishings set the mood for a relaxing getaway. After a sun-filled day exploring the coast, sink into the generous sofa, switch on the flat-screen TV and enjoy a little downtime.

Love a slow breakfast or a home-cooked dinner? The modern kitchen has you covered with a gas cooktop, electric wall oven, dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Pull up a stool at the island for a morning brew or gather around the timber dining table for meals and conversation. When the sunshine calls, head out to the spacious undercover deck, where comfy lounge seating, tropical greenery and a BBQ make afternoon drinks and easy alfresco meals even more enjoyable.

When it's time to recharge, the primary bedroom welcomes you with a king bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and private ensuite. The second bedroom offers another king bed that can be split into two singles on request, plus a ceiling fan. There's also a second living area offering a queen sofa bed that can be prepared on request. The contemporary main bathroom makes getting ready a breeze, while laundry facilities in the lock-up garage add everyday convenience.

There's plenty to enjoy beyond the villa. Take a refreshing dip in the shared tropical swimming pool, rally on the full-sized floodlit tennis court or enjoy the resort's shared shaded BBQ area. Wi-Fi is available, with driveway parking and additional spaces throughout the complex.

Guest access
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves and access to the shared resort-style facilities. Please make yourselves at home!

Other things to note
We DO NOT take schoolies bookings

No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
