The space
Our studio is a comfortable base for solo travellers or couples visiting Sydney for a holiday or work trip. Located on the 4th floor with lift access, the apartment has a large window that brings in natural light.

The queen bed and living area share one room, with a sofa, chair and flat-screen TV where you can unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Enjoy the option of eating in when you feel like a quieter evening. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, and the dining table seats two, handy for breakfast before heading out or dinner after a busy day.

Guest access
You have full access to the studio, including the kitchen, bathroom, balcony and the building's coin-operated laundry. Check-in is self-service via lift access to the fourth floor — you'll receive door code and entry instructions ahead of arrival, so there's no need to coordinate meeting anyone in person. The building's reception desk is staffed but is not available to assist guests directly (see Other Things to Note below); for anything you need during your stay, message us and we'll get back to you within the hour.

This is a self-managed studio within a serviced building — the ground-floor reception is for the building's other operations and can't assist with check-in, keys or guest queries. For anything at all during your stay, message us directly; we respond within the hour.
