Coastal Views is a large, renovated family friendly beach house with attractive decor and a cracking ocean view!
It located in a quiet street at the top of Lorne, just a 500-metre walk from Teddy’s Lookout and a 3min drive to Lorne’s cafes and main beach.
The space
The upper level is the heart of the home, with a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a large fireplace. This opens out on to a large deck where you can sit back, relax and the enjoy the view over Louttit Bay.
The decks offers 2 different zones to sit and lounge and also a large outdoor dining table.
Downstairs is the perfect kids haven with a large couch, TV and table tennis table.
Bedroom 1 downstairs – 2 single beds
Bedroom 2 downstairs – Double bed with ensuite
Bedroom 3 upstairs – Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 4 upstairs– 2 sets of single bunks
Bedroom 5 upstairs – Queen bed
In total Coast Views has 4 bathrooms, plus an extra powder room with a toilet.
Coastal Views can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect for large families or a few small families who want to holiday together.
There is ducted heating and cooling upstairs, as well as a fireplace and a split system downstairs.
So, no matter what season, you’ll be more than comfortable.
*Please note, wood for the fireplace will be provided during April - mid October inclusive. BYO firewood for any stays outside these months.
